What is Grief?
Grief is the natural response to loss. It isn’t only about death—it can come when something meaningful is taken away: a relationship, a dream, health, safety, or even the life you thought you’d have.
At its core, grief is love with nowhere to go.
It shows up in many forms—sadness, anger, numbness, exhaustion, even physical pain. It isn’t linear or tidy. It comes in waves, sometimes soft, sometimes overwhelming.
We don’t “get over” grief. We learn to live with it, to integrate it into who we are. Over time, the raw edges may soften, but the imprint remains—because it reflects what mattered to us.
👉 If this resonates, follow along as I continue exploring grief, trauma, and healing—because none of us are meant to carry it alone.
